You have been recognized as being among the most effective teachers in your district at generating academic gains in your students' achievement. The initiative offers you the chance to take on a new challenge and embrace a unique opportunity by transferring to one of your district's participating schools (for a list of participating schools in your district, please click here). As a result of your outstanding track record, there may also be opportunities for you to take on increased formal and/or informal leadership roles in consultation with the principal at your new school.

The need for educators with your dedication, expertise and knowledge is greatest in your district's high-need schools. As a participant in the program, you will have the opportunity to apply your skills where they are needed most and can have the greatest impact. Participating schools are among those most in need of experienced educators with a track record of success in the classroom and serve students with the most to gain from your commitment to their success and demonstrated ability to achieve extraordinary results with your students.
