Transfer Stipend

We hope that participants will find the experience rewarding and will want to make a long-term commitment to increasing student achievement at their new school.  In order to receive the full $20,000 stipend, participants will need to attend the TTI Transfer Teacher Orientation and remain as full-time teachers in the identified position at their placement schools for two consecutive academic years.  Stipends will be paid as follows:

$2,500 after the first two weeks of teaching at a placement school

$2,500 at the end of the fall semester of the first school year

$5,000 in the spring semester of the first school year

$5,000 in the fall semester of the second school year
